Three simple ways to calm anxiety and reconnect with yourself.

Dennis Dean here to speak to you about. One of the greatest, most powerful acts of self-love you can engage with is learning how to relieve yourself of any anxiety or at least bring the anxiety of the moment down. And there’s some very simple ways that you can do that. One is with the breath. Two is with grounding the body.

And three is using your imagination or your cognitive abilities to tap into the temple within. So the breath would be double inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth, otherwise known as a physiological breath.

The second one is just to touch something, anything, and put your awareness into that space. Connect with that space, ground with that space. It would be pretty amazing if you could actually do it with bare feet on the ground. And the third one is learn how to develop the temple within. Find the temple within a place that you can close your eyes and go to and know that you belong.
