Hi, I am Jutta Hecht. Today I want to introduce you to Pranayama.
We use Pranayama to balance the Endocrine System, Hormones and the Mind.
Do you want to feel vital, joyful and grounded in yourself? Well, Pranayama is an essential and powerful tool to reach this state of being!
Over the past twenty years, I have studied and applied various techniques of Yoga and Ayurveda, and in my experience, Pranayama is one of the most powerful and beneficial practices.
Practicing Pranayama directly affects the mind and puts it in a relaxed, clear, and focused state. It also has a calming effect on the nervous system while balancing hormones, revitalizing tissues, organs, and digestive fire.

This 5 week course is for you if you are experiencing any of the following symptoms:
– Sluggishness, Hypo or Hyper Thyroid symptoms or Haschimotos
– Low Immunity (Thymus)
– Blood Sugar Imbalance (Pancreas)
– Low Energy (Adrenals)
– Foggy Brain, Depression, Insomnia (Pineal and Pituitary Gland)
- Hormonal Imbalances (often caused by Adrenals, Thyroid, Parathyroid)
We will look into the causes of these imbalances, some of which are chemical and environmental pollution, a modern stressful lifestyle, poor diet choices, and often, suppressed emotions.
Especially for women, thyroid and hormonal issues are more and more on the rise…often caused by a stifling over the centuries of our feminine voice.
In this 5 week course you will also learn powerful, yet simple Pranayama techniques to balance your Endocrine system.
You will understand the relationship between the endocrine system and the Chakra system, and how the endocrine system is the bridge between Body, Mind and Consciousness.
Learn how important it is to balance the Pineal Gland as the master of the endocrine system and how meditation deeply effects and balances our system.
We will also look into different Ayurvedic herbs which support the proper function of the Endocrine System.
The classes will include a lecture as well as a deep practice.
