
Please do not chew gum during your practice. The chewing disrupts a quiet mind, distracts others, as well as the risk of choking.

Come to class with an empty stomach. Many poses affect the digestive system and having food in the stomach can result in nausea, vomiting or abdominal discomfort.

Wait two to three hours after a meal or a half hour after a light snack or drink. Avoid sipping water during class, but drink plenty afterwards.

Inform your teacher about any injuries, health problems or changes (such as pregnancy) before class begins. Modifications can be used to assist your practice safely.

No phones in the class room-
no excuses.

Please refrain from talking when the teacher talks.

Please clean your body
before class - brushing your teeth helps too.

Please no drinks or other items in the class room. Your yoga mat and towel is most likely all you will need.
